Five doctors infected with swine flu in Hyderabad

Doctors are said to have one of the most dangerous of professions specially when they deal with contagious diseases and latest report from Hyderabad is a proof of that. As many as five doctors in the city have been tested positive for swine flu.
According to reports from officials from health ministry on Monday, 52 positive cases have been registered in Telangana out of which five are doctors. This takes the tally to a whopping 366 for January 2015 in Telangana alone.
On Tuesday a Swine Flu patient identified as Poola Shailaja from Ranga Reddy district died with flu symptoms at the Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad. She died early morning on Tuesday. With this death, the number of those who succumbed has climbed to 23 in Telangana. 
A 44-year old group captain from Dundigal has been confirmed with H1N1 and is undergoing treatment at Air Force hospital. The officer is said to be recovering.
